Please do not send confirmation orders or fax orders twice, as this can lead to duplication for which we will not be held responsible.
Please note prices are subject to change. Goods previously sold at high prices will not be refunded.
Goods will not be despatched without payment.
Claims for missing/damaged goods will not be considered after 5 working days.
Shaws Electrical make every reasonable effort to ensure any advertising material contained in their web site is correct at the time of going to press. It cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies of definition, colour, description, illustration (including photographic or otherwise) or pricing. We reserve the right to change any prices or specification without notice.
Delivery dates are for guidance only and Shaws Electrical cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred.
Any claims for defective goods should be made to Shaws Electrical within 7 working days, Shaws Electrical or one of its agents will require inspection of the goods upon inspection and satisfaction of the defective goods Shaws Electrical shall replace (within a reasonable time) or credit (at the original purchase price) the alleged goods. After the 7 day period Shaws Electrical or one of its agents will repair the goods for the period specified by the manufacturers.
If any goods are to be returned unused/unspoilt (including original packaging) within a 28 day period Shaws Electrical reserve the right to incur a 15% handling charge plus any inward and outward carriage charges.
Delivery
£7.95 delivery charge on all orders. Usually next day delivery on all orders placed before 3pm.
